The Errática project seeks to hack conscious and voluntary intention to give rise to erratic and uncontrollable movement.
This invitation to chaos and disorder in action uses the predictable and familiar as an anchor from which to distort intention and movement. The work is situated in the paradox of bodies moved by forces outside of voluntary choreography: where gesture arises from unconscious kinetic impulse and the influence of the environment.
